Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Ireland and selected EU countries. Additional destinations may become available in the future.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Ireland: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Busy Periods
During sales, holiday periods or other busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will always endeavour to deliver your order without undue delay.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Split Shipments
In certain circumstances, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges in such cases.
Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. November Lab Limited cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by local authorities. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, transport disruptions or customs procedures.
